Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking, and lead generation to sell personal loans, insurance, and credit cards.
  • Product Promotion: Present, explain, and promote financial products tailored to client needs and financial status.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies, regulations, and risk guidelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and approval of applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the financial sector (banking, NBFCs).
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal loans, interest rates, and credit products.
  • Goal-Oriented: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is typically preferred.
