Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Client Consultation: Assess customer needs, address pain points, and present tailored product or service solutions
Negotiation & Closing: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and drive the deal to closure to meet/exceed sales targets.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and uncover up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline activities within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Market Awareness: Gather competitive insights, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to internal teams.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or professional sales certifications are highly advantageous).
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
