Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs and present customized product or service solutions that clearly highlight value.
- Negotiation & Closing:
Address objections, negotiate pricing/contracts, and successfully finalize sales deals to meet monthly and yearly targets.
Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and repeat business.
Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to identify new selling opportunities.
Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, deals, and pipeline progress in the company CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and empathetic presentation style.
- Negotiation: Strong ability to influence decisions and close deals while protecting the company's profit margins.
- Resilience: A target-driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle rejection and work in a competitive environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and basic business automation tools.
