Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos:
     Demonstrating product functionality and highlighting value propositions to potential clients
    .
Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating contract terms, and finalizing deals.
Pipeline & Sales Reporting: Updating CRM software, tracking progress, and preparing sales reports on conversion rates and targets.
Market Analysis: Reviewing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and building rapport.
  • Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Education: Typically requires a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, though experience is often prioritized.
