Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Sales Support: Managing, scheduling, and organizing daily operations for the sales team to ensure efficiency.
  • Order Management: Processing sales orders and contracts accurately, verifying pricing, and tracking shipments
    .
Customer Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction.Data Accuracy & CRM: Maintaining up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), tracking leads, and preparing sales reports.Interdepartmental Liaison: Coordinating with finance for invoicing/credit terms and with logistics/operations for inventory and product delivery.Marketing Support: Assisting with sales materials, sample distribution, and promotional plans.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Technology Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare reports and analyze sales data.
