Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand company market share.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market behavior to refine sales approaches.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and report on performance metrics to management.
  • Skills:
    • Negotiation & Closing: Strong skills in negotiating contract terms and closing deals.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport.
    • Networking: Ability to build relationships with corporate, HNI, and other high-level clients.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
