Key responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure. Oversee networks, servers, and operating systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Qualifications and skills

• Educational background. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Advanced education. A Master’s degree in information systems or business administration is preferred.
• Proven experience. Strong background in managing IT teams and implementing projects.
• Project management. Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives.
• Communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and cloud solutions.
• Problem-solving skills. Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively.
• Relevant certifications. ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or PMP credentials are a plus.
• Cybersecurity expertise. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices.
