Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Source leads through market research, networking, and outreach
* Manage client accounts and develop long-term relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
* Present and promote IT solutions tailored to client needs
* Handle sales processes and customer requirements efficiently

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager
* Strong understanding of the UAE IT solutions market
* Track record of achieving a minimum of AED 700K Gross Margin annually for the last 3 years
* Ability to generate your own leads and close deals
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
