Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Client Support: Resolve client queries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Strategy & Forecasting: Set and track key sales metrics (e.g., quarterly, annual) and develop strategies to achieve targets.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on account status and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a relevant sales role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
