Key Responsibilities

Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, clean the sales floor, and keep inventory organized.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly individual and store sales quotas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Clear verbal skills and active listening to understand customer needs.
Math Skills: Basic numeracy for handling cash, making change, and processing point-of-sale (POS) payments.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights if required.
