Job Description:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from requisition to offer negotiation for multiple regional markets.
• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks) to find active and passive candidates.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with local hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview scorecards.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, report on KPIs (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire), and ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand, culture, and values in the regional market. 

• Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally managing regional or multi-location recruitment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional employment laws and regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
