Job Description:

• Daily/Monthly Reconciliations: Perform bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, investigate, and resolve variances between internal accounts and external statements.
• Report Generation: Prepare detailed reconciliation reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and aged items.
• Process Improvement: Develop procedures to streamline reconciliation and enhance efficiency.
• Compliance & Audit: Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with other departments (accounts payable/receivable) to correct discrepancies. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analytical Abilities: High attention to detail and strong numerical reasoning.
• Communication: Ability to work under pressure and communicate issues clearly.
