Job Description:

• Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations for complex accounts.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Identify, analyze, and resolve payment reversals, unmatched transactions, and inconsistencies.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on reconciliation findings, trends, and outstanding items.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• System Optimization: Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency of reconciliation processes. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or reconciliation roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external parties.
