Job Description:

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate, review, and send accurate invoices and statements to customers.
• Payment Processing: Post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to the accounting system.
• Collections & Aging: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify and follow up on overdue accounts,, and send reminders.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and process credits/adjustments.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer files, records, and databases.
• Reporting & Month-End: Assist with month-end closing activities, including bad debt reserves and reporting.
• Communication: Interact with customers to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans. 

• Experience: Previous experience in accounting, specifically accounts receivable or bookkeeping.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Technical Skills: Strong mathematical skills and understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
