Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and organize project records, reports, and documentation.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, take minutes, and manage team calendars to meet deadlines
    .
Communication Bridge: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring stakeholders and team members are updated on project status.
Resource & Budget Tracking: Monitor project hours, expenses, and resources to prevent budget overruns.
Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Process Improvement: Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and workflows.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or administration.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project), and scheduling tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
