Job Description:

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Find new project leads through research, networking, tender tracking, and client visits.
Relationship Management: Build strong ties with key decision-makers, architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.
Sales Proposals: Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Project Coordination: Work with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals.
Market Tracking: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to spot new growth openings.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.
 
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA is often preferred.
Experience: 3 to 8+ years of B2B or industrial project sales experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
