Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Technical Support & Design: Review engineering drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with codes.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as the liaison between engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met

Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare project cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and manage project profitability.

Quality Control & Safety: Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), and maintain quality standards.

Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and technical documents (e.g., RFIs, submittals).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in field engineering, project management, or a specialized technical role, often 3–5 years.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
