We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator - AV & Lighting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating AV and lighting projects, working closely with technical teams, clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

 - Assist in document management and record-keeping to ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
- Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Operate on SAP for various project coordination tasks, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Assist the pre-sales team by creating accounts on tender platforms and managing related administrative tasks.
- Support with pre-qualification preparations to ensure compliance and readiness for project bids.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure that project resources are available as needed and manage inventory effectively.
- Coordinate project logistics and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
 - Assist project managers with various coordination tasks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Support project managers in budgeting and financial tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and providing necessary project details in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the inbound and outbound of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
    
Basic Requirements:
  
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within AV, Lighting or related technical projects
- Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of project documentation.
- Basic understanding of AV systems is preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related field.
