Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Scheduling: Create production timelines, distribute daily call sheets, and manage schedule updates for the cast, crew, or departments. 
Office and Paperwork Management: Oversee production office operations, handle permits, process vendor invoices, and manage travel or lodging.
Communication Hub: Serve as the main contact point between producers, department heads, vendors, and staff.
Resource and Equipment Coordination: Procure supplies, rent equipment, and organize catering or transport services. 
Supervision: Direct and delegate tasks to production assistants (PAs) or junior staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to relay urgent updates across teams.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and industry-specific tracking software.
Problem-Solving: A calm demeanor under pressure to resolve last-minute emergencies on set or on the floor.
