Job Description:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision and long-term roadmap for data center products (e.g., modular designs, AI-optimized fabrics, or cooling systems) aligned with market trends like high-density compute.
• Requirement Definition: Translate complex technical needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for engineering teams, specifying needs for latency, bandwidth, power, or thermal management.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, UX, sales, and operations to ensure products are technically feasible and meet customer needs.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage products from concept to "End of Life" (EOL), including new product introductions (NPIs) and competitive benchmarking.
• Market & Vendor Engagement: Conduct market research, engage with customers for feedback, and manage relationships with technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, or cloud providers). 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An MBA is frequently preferred for senior roles.
• Experience: Typically requires 5–10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years specifically in data center environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hardware/Networking: Knowledge of GPU clusters (H100, MI300), Ethernet fabrics, telemetry, and power/cooling standards.
  • Software/Automation: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or SaaS/cloud-native architectures.
