Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management
    :
     Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to secure the best value. Oversee contract renewals and monitor supplier performance against agreed metrics.
Cost Reduction & Budgeting: Develop strategies to lower procurement costs without sacrificing quality. Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare budget reports.
Risk Management & Supply Chain Stability: Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying alternative suppliers and creating contingency plans for potential disruptions.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, sales) to align purchasing needs with business goals. Monitor inventory levels and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards. Use procurement software to streamline processes.
