Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Sourcing & Technical Evaluation: Identify, vet, and select suppliers; perform technical and commercial bid evaluations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
    .
Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure technical specifications (e.g., BOQ) are met.
Supplier Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and audit supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop procurement strategies, analyze market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with commercial, legal, and company standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline) or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: 3–6+ years in procurement, purchasing, or technical sourcing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software like SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
