Job Description:

Responsibilities
IT Sourcing & Procurement: Manage end-to-end acquisition of IT hardware (servers, networking gear, endpoints), software solutions, and managed services.
Technical Evaluation: Analyze IT specifications and scope requirements alongside system architects and network engineers.
Vendor Management: Identify, qualify, and onboard technology vendors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), licensing terms, and maintenance contracts.
Cost Optimization: Conduct market research, benchmark pricing, and implement cost-reduction strategies without sacrificing performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with IT operations, legal, and finance teams for contract reviews and invoice reconciliation.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of technical procurement or supply chain experience focused on IT infrastructure or software licensing.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise IT architectures, hardware lifecycles, and software deployment models.
Soft Skills: Strong contract negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
