Key Responsibilities
Schedule Creation: Build and update master timelines, production runs, or project phases.
Resource Control: Allocate staff, materials, and budgets efficiently.
Performance Tracking: Compare real results against the plan and fix gaps.
Team Leadership: Supervise planners, guide daily tasks, and set goals.
Communication: Share updates with leaders, clients, and other departments. 
Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in planning, logistics, or a supervisory role.
Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and project tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn complex data into clear business actions.
