Job Description:
Responsibilities
Purchasing & Orders: Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs).
Commercial Support: Request vendor quotations, build comparative price sheets, and check commercial terms.
Vendor Management: Maintain the supplier database, track performance metrics, and follow up on delivery timelines.
Invoice & Finance: Match goods receipts, verify vendor bills, and coordinate payment processing with the finance team.
Contract & Record Keeping: Track contract renewals, expiry dates, and annual maintenance agreements (AMCs).
General Administration: Assist with inventory monitoring, document archiving, and cross-departmental coordination.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in an administrative, purchasing, or commercial support role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
