Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations (PRO): Process visas, labor cards, ID renewals, and company licenses through local government portals and departments.
Document Preparation: Type official letters, legal forms, contracts, and company correspondence in English and local languages (such as Arabic where applicable).
Application Tracking: Submit paperwork, follow up on pending government approvals, and maintain accurate records of all processed transactions.
Administrative Support: Assist the HR and operations teams with data entry, employee file management, and general office correspondence.
Core Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a PRO, typing, or administrative support role.
Technical Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed along with strong proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with local government e-services, labor laws, and immigration procedures.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are often a strong plus.
