Job Description:

Responsibilities
Lesson Planning & Instruction: Deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons across core subjects (like Math, English, and Science) while accommodating diverse learning styles. 
Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment by establishing clear routines and positively addressing behavioral issues. 
Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly evaluate students through classwork, tests, and projects; track progress and provide constructive feedback. 
Parental Communication: Update parents on academic and social development through progress reports, parent-teacher meetings, and regular correspondence. 
Student Well-being: Safeguard students' health and safety, act as a role model, and nurture both the academic and emotional growth of each child. 
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree (such as B.A. or B.Sc.) and a recognized teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or PGCE).
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, active listening, and the ability to inspire young learners.
Organizational Abilities: Strong time management and the ability to juggle lesson preparation, grading, and administrative tasks
