Job Description:

• Customer Discovery & Design: Meet with clients to analyze requirements, conduct site surveys, and design AV systems (video conferencing, video walls, control systems, audio DSPs).
• Technical Proposals & RFPs: Prepare detailed technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and responses to Request for Proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
• Demos & Proof of Concepts (POC): Build and deliver customized demos and Proof of Concepts to showcase solution capabilities.
• Sales Support: Assist sales executives with technical presentations, client meetings, and technical relationship building.
• Vendor & Technical Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical teams and external manufacturers (e.g., Cisco, Crestron, Poly) to validate solution feasibility.
• Project Handover: Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to the project implementation/engineering team.

• AV Systems: Knowledge of audio-visual hardware, including display technologies, video walls, and audio DSPs.
• Control Systems: Experience with platforms like Crestron, AMX, or Extron.
• Video Conferencing: Proficiency in Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, or Zoom.
• Networking: Understanding of AV over IP, network topologies, and system compatibility.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or D-Tools for creating schematics.
