Job Description:

• Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Conduct sessions with prospective clients to identify their technical needs, pain points, and business goals.
• Solution Design: Architect tailored technical solutions or blueprints based on the client's infrastructure and requirements.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive live or virtual demos that showcase the product’s value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.
• Bid Management (RFPs/RFIs): Take ownership of the technical portion of formal tenders, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Proof of Concept (POC): Lead pilot implementations or trials to validate the product's effectiveness in the customer’s actual environment.
• Sales to Delivery Handover: Ensure a smooth transition by transferring customer data and solution designs to the implementation and service teams after a sale is closed. 
   

• Education: Usually requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of the product being sold, along with an understanding of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and technical ecosystems (e.g., SaaS, Cloud, or CRM tools).
• Communication & Presentation: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, value-driven business language for non-technical stakeholders.
