Job Description:

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Assess customer needs, analyze current technical environments, and propose tailored software or hardware solutions. 
Demos & Presentations: Lead compelling technical presentations, product walkthroughs, and Proof of Concept (PoC) trials for prospective clients. 
Bid & Proposal Management: Write and coordinate technical content for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). 
Sales Enablement: Train internal account managers and sales reps on the functional and technical aspects of products. 
Product Feedback Loop: Relay market challenges, feature requests, and competitor insights back to product management and engineering teams. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Acumen: Strong background in IT, software (SaaS), networking, or engineering depending on the specific industry.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot prospective roadblocks and design viable system integrations.
