Job Description:
Responsibilities
Schedule Development: Build baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and logical sequencing using software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Progress Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly site updates, compare actual progress against the baseline, and spot potential delays early.
Resource Allocation: Forecast and assign labor, equipment, and material requirements to optimize productivity.
Risk and Variance Analysis: Identify schedule bottlenecks, assess impacts, and propose recovery plans or time extension claims.
Reporting: Prepare routine progress reports, S-curves, and histograms for management and client reviews.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, risk management, blueprint reading, and contract knowledge.
