Job Description:

• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Data Analysis & ROI Optimization: Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS), conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize marketing spend efficiency.
• Budget Management: Allocate, track, and forecast monthly advertising budgets.
• Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. 

• Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (usually 2-5+ years).
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEM, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
