Job Description:

• Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans covering team sports (e.g., football, basketball), individual activities (e.g., gymnastics, yoga), and fundamental movement skills like running and jumping.
• Health Education: Teach students about nutrition, physiology, the benefits of regular exercise, and the dangers of substance abuse.
• Safety & Management: Ensure a safe learning environment by conducting regular equipment safety checks and teaching proper techniques to prevent injuries.
• Student Assessment: Monitor and record student progress in motor skills, physical development, and participation levels.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organize and coach after-school sports teams, intramural clubs, and school-wide events like field days or fun runs.
• Inclusivity: Adapt physical activities to accommodate students with diverse needs, ensuring every child can participate and succeed. 
   

• Communication: Ability to translate complex physical movements and game rules into simple, clear instructions.
• Athletic Ability: Proficiency in various sports to effectively demonstrate techniques and lead exercises by example.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining discipline and an orderly environment, whether in a gymnasium or on an outdoor field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
