ORACLE FUSION CLOUD TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery: Lead Oracle Cloud technical workstreams including integrations, data migrations (FBDI, HDL), reporting (BIP, OTBI), and cutover planning. 
Project Governance: Define project scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation while maintaining strict budget and quality controls. 
Risk & Issue Management: Track program progress and identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) to drive timely mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary bridge between business executives, IT technical leads, and third-party implementation partners. 
Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee system testing, UAT execution, production deployment, and post-implementation Hyper-care support. 
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ to 12+ years in IT project management with multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Technical Stack Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS, OCI, and REST/SOAP web services.
Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Oracle’s Unified Method (OUM/AIM).
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, client-facing communication, negotiation, and onshore/offshore team coordination abilities.
