Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership: Manage and supervise daily workflows. Conduct performance reviews, host team meetings, and provide coaching to associates. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data using tools like MS Excel or SQL to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps. Develop and manage executive scorecards, reports, and real-time dashboards.
Process Optimization: Monitor and evaluate business processes to implement enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve systemic issues and streamline workflows.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure service delivery and operations meet established quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Core Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of combined experience in data analytics, process improvement, or team leadership.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel and database languages like SQL. Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a strong asset.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
