Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable, process invoices, and maintain petty cash books.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare daily financial entries, perform bank reconciliations, and generate MIS reports.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure statutory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS) and manage the generation of Way-Bills.
- Operations & Logistics: Track physical movement of goods, handle dispatch documentation, and audit physical inventory against digital records.
- Cross-departmental Support: Coordinate with the sales, production, and procurement teams to expedite workflow and resolve client billing discrepancies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce (b.com).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar accounts or operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
