Job Description:

Responsibilities
Daily Management: Monitor daily workflows and coordinate departments (like HR, production, and finance) to keep operations running smooth.
Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute long-term operational systems that align with the company goals set by upper management.
Budget & Finance: Manage the operational budget, review financial data, and reduce unnecessary costs.
Performance Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate business efficiency.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all business operations follow local laws, safety standards, and company rules.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain contracts with external partners, suppliers, and third-party services.
 
 
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in a senior management or operations role.
Leadership: Strong talent for building, leading, and motivating cross-functional teams.
Skills: Exceptional financial acumen, problem-solving, communication, and process optimization abilities.
