Job Description:

• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via live chat, email, or social media platforms.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product/service problems, process refunds, and manage order inquiries.
• Technical Support: Offer 1st-level diagnostics for digital platforms, applications, or software.
• System Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaboration & Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate, if needed.

• Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a typing speed of 35-40+ WPM.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and chat tools.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in BPO, e-commerce, or SaaS support preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
