Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
  • Network Security: Implement security protocols, maintain firewalls, and ensure data integrity to protect against cyber threats.
  • Monitoring & Optimization:
     Monitor network performance (using tools like 
    Wireshark
     or 
    ), identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance
    .
Troubleshooting: Diagnose, resolve, and document network failures, outages, or performance issues.
Planning & Upgrades: Design scalable network architectures and manage firmware updates and upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), routing, switching, and firewall administration (Cisco ASA, etc.).
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
