Job Description:

• Design Development: Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material palettes for projects.
• Project Coordination: Ensure design intent is maintained through all phases, coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Technical Documentation: Produce GFC (Good for Construction) sets, site plans, and elevations.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and, in some cases, junior staff.
• Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools.
• Skills: Strong communication, project coordination, and technical detailing abilities.
