Job Description:

• Design & Development: Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using BIM/CAD software.
• Project Management: Oversee project phases, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to define requirements, present design options, and provide project updates.
• Site Administration: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design documents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning bylaws, and environmental regulations. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Licensure: Often in the process of licensure (AREs) or recently licensed.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and mentorship skills.
