Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, monitor, and manage the execution of MEP services from project inception to handover.
Coordination & Integration: Coordinate MEP activities with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to prevent design clashes.
Site Management: Oversee onsite installation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Budget & Schedule Management: Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for MEP systems.
Testing & Commissioning: Lead the testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems to the client.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all MEP installations adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-15+ years of experience in construction, specifically in MEP, with a strong background in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and MS Project.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, team management, and troubleshooting skills.
