Job Description:

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Design & Planning: Develop, review, and approve detailed layouts, schematics, and specifications for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Project Management: Create Bills of Quantities (BoQ), estimate costs, and monitor project timelines and budgets
    .
Site Supervision: Inspect installations, ensure compliance with design documents, building codes, and safety standards (HSE).
Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and to resolve design clashes.
Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of systems, including conducting site surveys.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Analyze existing systems for potential retrofitting, renovation, or energy efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and MS Office (Project/Excel).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, NFPA, and international standards (e.g., IPC, ASME).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
