Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Report to the BIM Lead and Director
— Create precise 3D BIM models.
— Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM model.
— Take ownership of modeling, drawings and documentation production process
— Understand and implement industry wide BIM standards.
— Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer’s sketches.
— Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
— Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
— Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
— Interact with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modeling and drawings.
— Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes.

SKILLS

— A good degree or certification in related discipline (civil engineering, architecture, BIM, etc.)
— 2+ years’ proven experience in Revit modeling
— Good English language communication skills and collaborative approach
— Good knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.
