Responsibilities

Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact. Conduct regular meetings to present marketing strategies, campaign progress, and performance reports.
Campaign Management: Bridge the gap between the client and internal cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, design, content) to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Strategy & Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, pitch additional marketing services, and help upsell based on the client's evolving needs.

Essential Qualifications

Experience: Typically 2–5 years of direct experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment managing multiple client accounts.
Marketing Knowledge: Strong, well-rounded understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to confidently present data to stakeholders.
