Job Description:

• Data Collection & Research: Design surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups; utilize existing data sources, social media, and industry reports to gather information.
• Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Competitor Analysis: Research rival brands, their pricing, sales, and marketing methods.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into actionable reports, graphs, and presentations for management.
• Forecasting: Use statistical methods to predict future sales, demand, and consumer behavior. 

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large, complex datasets using statistical techniques.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is common. Experience with web analytics and CRM software (Salesforce) is often required.
• Communication: Strong skills in presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
