Responsibilities

HRIS & Data Management: Maintain HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), ensure data integrity, and generate analytical reports for decision-making.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate, timely payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Streamline onboarding, offboarding, and record management processes.
Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing internal/external audits.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement new technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Supervise HR staff, assign tasks, and ensure departmental goals are met.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
Education: BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (MSc/MBA preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Keka, Workday), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of labor laws.
