Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting (monthly/quarterly).
Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models for strategic decisions and analyze financial data to identify trends and risks.
Management Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on results versus budget.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with business unit leaders to analyze performance and guide decision-making for growth.
Process Improvement: Streamline and automate reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investments, capital allocations, and mergers/acquisitions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP).
Leadership: Experience mentoring team members and working with senior stakeholders.
