Responsibilities
Configure and update software parameters, user access, and database systems.
Troubleshoot system errors during receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Analyze inventory data to fix stock discrepancies and improve storage layouts.
Train warehouse staff on software tools, scanners, and best practices.
Partner with IT and supply chain teams to launch new automation features. 
Required Skills
Proficient in WMS platforms, RF scanners, and database controls.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving real-time data errors.
Clear communication to support cross-functional operations.
Solid grasp of general logistics, shipping, and inventory flows.
