Job Description:

• Lease Documentation: Prepare, review, and execute new leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate lease databases and enter data into systems like ERPs or lease management software.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to lease terms, zoning laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Financial Administration: Calculate rent, track payments, manage CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and handle tenant billing.
• Critical Date Tracking: Monitor lease expirations, option exercise dates, and insurance renewals.
• Tenant/Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and lease interpretation. 
   

• Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze complex legal documents and financial terms.
• Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, or paralegal work.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with lease management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Argus) and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiations and tenant relations.
